Dr. Kao is a Professor at the Medical Biotechnology Center in the School of Medicine at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. Dr. Kao will be hosting a Cornell Fellow this coming summer on an interdisciplinary research project involving the development of molecular probes and their application to problems in cell biology, cellular physiology, and neuroscience, as well as cellular imaging in living animals.
