Cole Library hosts a preschool story time every Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. Cathy Boggs uses a weekly theme that ties together stories, songs and finger plays. Story hour lasts 30 minutes and is located in the Children's Room on first floor.

Alternative Careers in Biology - POSTPONED due to bad weather
Postponed due to bad weather and road conditions. No rescheduled date available. Dr. Kendall Lamkey, ISU Professor of agronomy will present on careers in biology that pay well while still making a difference, accompanied by Cornell graduate Krystal Kirkpatrick. Refreshments are available. If interested in having dinner with Dr. Lamkey following the lecture, please RSVP to Saydra Wilson (S-Wilson@cornellcollege.edu) by 3 PM Thursday.

Presentation by a candidate for the joint teaching position in Politics and Economics and Business
Mr. Matthew Holian, a candidate for the joint teaching position in Politics and Economics and Business, will give a presentation titled "Political Economy Lessons for Business Students: Free Riders, Local Knowledge and Voting with the Feet" Thursday, January 17, 4:00 p.m., Law Hall 221. There will be a reception in the Moosehead Lounge following the presentation. Members of the Cornell community are welcome to attend.
