Cole Library hosts a preschool story time every Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. Cathy Boggs uses a weekly theme that ties together stories, songs and finger plays. Story hour lasts 30 minutes and is located in the Children's Room on first floor.

St. Paul Lutheran Church sponsored Bible study. Meets every Thursday except during Block Breaks.

Thursdays from 3:15 to 4:15 in Allee through spring. Student led sitting with brief readings from both East and West.
3:30 pmPresentation by a candidate for the teaching position in the department of theatre Kimmel Theatre
Mr. James VanValen, a candidate for the teaching position in the Department of Theatre, will give a teaching demonstration and a presentation of audition monologue on Thursday, January 24, 3:30 p.m., Plumb-Fleming Theatre. There will be a reception in the Berry Lobby following the presentation. Members of the Cornell community are welcome to attend.

Like to cook? Like to eat? Create a team for the George Foreman Grill Off Competition! Teams need to register and turn in your recipe at the Information Desk by Monday, Jan. 14. Grills and main protein item will be provided, along with staple ingredients. Judges will rank 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for some great prizes!

January 13–February 10, 2008 the Luce Gallery will host an exhibition of sabbatical works by Professor Tony Plaut. His exhibition, YOKO and the WINDOW WALL, will include works made over the course of this past year. It will consist of oil paintings, sculpture, drawings and an homage to Yoko Ono. Tony will to give a gallery talk in conjunction with his exhibition. Reception: Sunday, January 13, 2-4 pm, Gallery talk: Thursday, January 24, 7 pm.
