The Basic Acting students will be presenting their final scenes on Tuesday, January 29th from 1:15pm to 3:00pm in the Black Box (The Plumb-Fleming Studio Theatre in Armstrong Hall). The scenes are from such playwrights as David Mamet, Marsha Norman, David Lindsay-Abaire, Arthur Miller, Richard Greenberg, John Patrick Shanley, and others. 3:30 pm-4:15 pmSinging On Stage Performance Showcase Armstrong Hall
Students participating in Lyric Theatre's "Singing On Stage" will present a Performance Showcase featuring solo performances and several duets. Six performers present offerings from musical theatre including Phantom of the Opera, Cabaret, Miss Saigon, On the Town, Sweeney Todd, Pippin and Annie Get Your Gun and two operatic works: Don Giovanni and The Devil and Daniel Webster. The Showcase will be held on Monday, January 28th, at 3:30 PM in Ringer Recital Studio located in Armstrong Hall.
