Installation and performance artist Rie Hachiyanagi incorporates multiple disciplines, including traditional papermaking, to explore interconnections between visual and textual languages. Her new work, "Gratitude" will be installed in the Peter Paul Luce Gallery, February 24 - March 23, 2008. Artist's lecture, Sunday February 24, 2 p.m., Room 222 McWethy Hall, opening reception, 3-5 p.m. Funded through the generosity of the Henry Luce Foundation, Inc. Admission if free. The public is welcome.
