Taught by Jeffrey Cardon, PhD professor of Biology and Chemistry. In this course we will talk about what drugs are, how they act on us, and how we process them physiologically. We will discuss over-the-counter drugs and prescription drugs. We will then take time to talk about recreational drug use, how drug use and approval is regulated, and where new drugs come from. Please register by Jan. 30.
