Quiet retreat at Trappist monastery with chaplain, students, faculty, and staff over Block Break. Use this time to renew and soothe your soul, savor the sounds of silence and monks' voices in psalm chant, and experience the paschal rhythm of scared time through the Divine Office. Depart Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. and return to campus by noon on Friday. Cost: $20 for students, $40 for faculty/staff. Some financial aid available. RSVP to Chaplain.

Cole Library hosts a preschool story time every Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. Cathy Boggs uses a weekly theme that ties together stories, songs and finger plays. Story hour lasts 30 minutes and is located in the Children's Room on first floor.
