Meditation and sitting help to calm the mind and live in the now INSTRUCTION sessions led by chaplain beginning Tuesday, Jan.15. Meets on four Tuesdays from 3:15-4:15 p.m. in Allee Chapel. Sessions include basic instruction, insights and weekly check-in, as well as body scan, formal, and informal mindfulness meditation and awareness practice. Participants commit to daily meditation practice for 10-20 minutes 5xa week. Open to Cornell students, faculty, & staff.
