Begins with a brief intro or centering reflection from a different meditation wisdom path each week followed by silent meditation and a closing bell. Enfolds wisdom from Eastern and monastic Christian traditions, as well as from medical mindfulness stress-reduction programs. Sponsored by the Office of Chaplain and Spiritual Life.

The Academic Affairs Committee is a standing committee within Student Senate that strives to make sure that the academic environment at Cornell is suited to the needs of students. Committee members sit on the faculty Academic Affairs Committee and review academic proposals and policies to make sure that students concerns are being addressed. In addition, the committee sponsors and supports programs on campus that further students' educational goals.
