The Berry Center will be hosting Cornell University economist Robert Frank, a nationally known expert on behavioral economics. His talk will discuss "Libertarian Paternalism," the conditions under which the government can restrict individual freedom to promote the social good. Frank is a prolific public commentator, and writes a monthly column for the "New York Times." His most recent book is "Falling Behind: How Income Equality Harms the Middle Class."
