Throw on your running shoes and come down for the third annual Pumpkin Run 5k! Meet in front of the Small Multi-Sport Center to go on this quick jaunt around Mount Vernon. Day of registration starts at 8 a.m., with the race beginning at 9 a.m. Money raised will be contributed to the Sigma Kappa Psi Foundation's endowment, which will fund charity and community service in Mount Vernon and surrounding areas. Entry fees: $20 - general admission; $10 - 60 or better; and free - 12 and under. Visit the Sigma Kappa Psi website to download a registration form.
