SUMMARY:Cornell-Mount Vernon Interfaith Service of Thanksgiving
DESCRIPTION:This service of thanksgiving will be led by a Zen priest, stud
 ents from diverse religious backgrounds, Mount Vernon clergy/houses of wo
 rship, Cornell's chaplain, and the ecumenical choir. A free-will offering
  will provide food, gas, and lodging resources for low-income people seek
 ing assistance while passing through Mount Vernon. The service will be he
 ld at First Presbyterian Church, uptown on First Street, only one block f
 rom campus. Sponsored by Spiritual Life's Inter-faith Understanding and E
 xploration, MSA, Hillel, and the chaplain.
