Hey seniors--still need to get your yearbook picture taken? Want to be in the yearbook to commemorate your final year of college? The Royal Purple will be on the OC during lunch Wednesday, Dec. 5, through Friday, Dec. 7, to take your picture! Dress casually or formally, whichever you choose! Seniors will be added to the yearbook on a first come, first served basis and those that do not have a picture taken will not appear in the yearbook. Hope to see you there!

A mid-week pocket of peace and healing wholeness, flowing from Christian spirituality. Fresh prayers ancient and new, with application of scriptual wisdom for our lives, and optional Eucharist and anointment. Sponsored by the chaplain and Soul Friends.

First meeting of the reading group facilitated by Professors Todd Knoop and Chris Conrad from the Department of Economics and Business, which is reading "Portfolios of the Poor: How the World's Poor Live on $2 a Day" by Daryl Collins, Jonathan Morduch, Stuart Rutherford, and Orlanda Ruthven. Grab your lunch from Scramble and join the "Portfolios of the Poor" reading group. This group is limited to the 20 students who previously reserved a spot.

The December Early Out Movie is "Arthur Christmas." This free program is a public library event and is not affiliated with the Mount Vernon School District. Families must call 895-4271 or stop in at the library's third-floor circulation desk to reserve a seat. Popcorn and a drink will be provided for each person.

Join Laura Farmer and several faculty fellowship advisors to learn more about a variety of prestigious fellowships and scholarships. We will explain the application process, how to request strong letters of recommendation, deadlines, and more. The focus will be on scholarships and fellowships available to all class levels, including exciting summer opportunities.
