DESCRIPTION:Williams is the author of "Black Pain: It Just Looks Like We'r
 e Not Hurting" and is credited with starting a national dialogue about de
 pression and the impact of the stigma mental illnesses have, particularly
  on the African-American community. A licensed clinical social worker and
  a public relations professional, Williams serves as the national spokesp
 erson for "Sharing Ourselves…Healing Starts with Us," a mental health c
 ampaign for African Americans. She has been named one of Woman's Day maga
 zine's "50 Women On A Mission To Change The World" and one of Ebony magaz
 ine's "Power 150" for her activism. A book signing will be held in Berry 
 Lobby immediately after the lecture. Copies of "Black Pain" will be avail
 able for $10.
