2:00 pm"Monarchs....Missing in your Garden?"
Monarch Watch Conservation Specialist Debbie Jackson will present about the life cycle, migration, and efforts across the country to reestablish monarch populations. Free resources will be available to guide patrons in methods for monarch conservation. Co-sponsored by Cornell College Environmental Club. For more information, contact the Patty Ankrum / Monarchs in Eastern Iowa Facebook Group at yo2ma2@gmail.com Not long ago, monarchs could be seen during September, streaming in a southwestern direction over Iowa as they headed to their wintering grounds in Mexico.
