Join Colleges Against Cancer for Cornell's 11th annual Relay For Life. Students, faculty, staff, and community members come together to honor those who have battled cancer and support goals of the American Cancer Society. Last year more than $41,000 was raised. Cornell's Phi Beta Kappa chapter will initiate twelve new members selected from the senior class. Phi Beta Kappa is the nation's only purely academic honors society that selects students for excellent academic performance and demonstrated devotion to broadening their horizons through the liberal arts. Friends and family are welcome to attend.

This charismatic Boston trio captivates audiences with unrivaled three-part vocal harmonies, accompanied by skilled parts of guitar, cello and percussion, that work together to create an inspiring, passionate folk sound. The Ballroom Thieves will play at 6:30 p.m. outside the Small Multi-Sport Center.
7:00 pmThe Department of Theatre Presents HERE AND NOW Brackett House
This immersive experience invites 25 audience members per performance to physically explore a world created by the performers. Set in the atmosphere of an upscale party, an ensemble of hosts will guide the audience as they explore the rooms, halls and doorways to discover performances that offer a variety of perspectives on the topic of identity and identity construction. Written by the ensemble, this production was inspired by conversations, poetry, technology, dance, film, news reports, blogs and music and offers a night of reflection that is filled with poignancy and humor. Here and Now opens Friday, April 25 at 7 p.m. at the Brackett House, the Alumni Guest House across the street from Norton Geology building on the corner of 5th Ave. SW and 2nd Street SW the Cornell College Campus. The production runs April 25 and 26 and May 2 and 3 with back to back performances at 7 and 8:30 p.m. and May 4 at 2 and 3:30 p.m. This is a free performance, but space is limited and reservations are strongly encouraged.
