Sessions enfold seated and movement-based meditation from diverse Eastern and Western approaches. Includes contemplative wisdom for everyday life. Come for increased calm, compassion, resiliency, stress reduction, and ability to be more skillful with difficult emotions. Led by certified instructor (CQE). Do you have need-based financial aid and want to study off-campus for a semester or year through one of Cornell's affiliated programs? Petitions for taking need-based aid on affiliated programs for the 2018-2019 academic year are due 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1. Please submit the petition and personal statement to Anna Butz in Off-Campus Studies. Faculty recommendation letters must also be submitted before the deadline.
