Learn ways to be a channel for healing energies, peace, and compassion in the world. Enfolds ancient Eastern and Western contemplative spiritual wisdom traditions and related mind-body-spirit-breath practices, as well as secular variations. Sponsored and led by the chaplain and Spiritual Life.
