Fear of vulnerability causes much of our suffering, yet both scientific research and spiritual wisdom traditions tell us that embracing vulnerability and overcoming fear of shame or failure have always been the transformative birthplace for creative innovation, love, and happiness. Where in your life journey has this been true? Using TED Talks by University of Houston Professor Brene Brown who speaks on her personal experience involving vulnerability, fear of shame, courage, and worthiness, this inter-spiritual healing wisdom circle of trust reflects upon our own healing life wisdom. Everyone welcome. Though not required, you can hear Brown's lectures before the circle gathers on the TED website.
