Description: | Join us to learn about what one does with a Master of Divinity education or master's degree in religion. Range includes community organizing and social justice work (Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.) to parish, military, hospital, hospice, college, clinical pastoral counseling, environmental justice, education, and other contexts like vice president of the United States (Al Gore). Includes conversation about ordination, which differs according to religious tradition. A representative from Garrett Theological Union of Chicago will be there to help explore this subject. Sponsored by the chaplain and Spiritual Life Office. |
