7:30 pmTheatre Production: "Birth Witches" Armstrong Hall
Birth Witches A new play by Jennifer Fawcett Directed by Guest Artist Leda Hoffmann The show runs Oct. 10, 11, 12 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. in the Black Box Theatre. Tickets are $10 for adults, and $7 for seniors/students/youth. Free for faculty, staff, and students. For tickets contact the Box Office at 319-895-4293.

PAAC's Dark Purple presents Chris Moon: Ghost Hunter. Chris is a renowned psychic medium and paranormal researcher. Christopher is a fixture at various metaphysical and paranormal conventions around the United States and Canada, and speaks at several college campuses around the country, lecturing on his paranormal and spirit communication research and techniques and providing positive evidence, as well as interactive gallery readings and paranormal investigations using the Spirit Telephone. His television appearances and interviews include, most notably, truTv Network's "Door to the Dead", NBC's "Today Show", A & E Network's "Paranormal State", and the Travel Channel's "Most Extreme Places to Stay" and "Ghost Adventures", as well as numerous ABC, CBS, NBC, CW (formally the WB), and FOX affiliate stations around the country. Come hear about his experiences and see what he finds on campus.
