The Basic Acting students will present their final scenes in Kimmel Theatre on Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 1-2:30 p.m. The scenes are from such playwrights as Donald Margulies, David Mamet, Theresa Rebeck and others. All faculty, students, and staff are invited to attend.

Learn about poverty in our area and become empowered to make a difference. Join us for a panel discussion on poverty and policy in Linn County. The panelists hail from the Catherine McAuley Center, Willis Dady Emergency Shelter, Aging Services, and Southeast Linn Community Center.
This panel will cover the extent of poverty in Linn County, what factors contribute to poverty, and what local organizations and volunteers can do to eradicate the problem.
