Professor Lee Epstein, a prominent constitutional law scholar, will discuss the past, present, and future of the Supreme Court, including controversial cases before the Court this year. Lee Epstein is the Provost Professor of Law and Political Science and the Rader Family Trustee Chair in Law at the University of Southern California. She is visiting Cornell with support from the Phi Beta Kappa visiting scholar program and LACE.
