Faculty are invited to the Live Healthy Iowa 10 Week Wellness Challenge kick-off event at 11:30 am on the OC. Please stop by for a few minutes to enjoy healthy refreshments and hear an overview of the challenge, the benefits that come with participating, and how to form a team and register.
A tour of the Roe Howard Fitness Center and equipment demonstration by Neil Pagdin will follow this kick-off event.
