|8:30 am-1:30 pm||Relay For Life Small Multi-Sport Center|
This year we will be changing things up and will be implementing, as part of our event, a 5K, run-walk event. The Relay 5K, will begin with Opening Ceremonies at the Cornell College Small Multi-Sport Center at 8:30 a.m. (7:30 registration), followed by the 5K event through town. Following the 5k, we will be coming back to the athletic facility to celebrate, with speakers, fun activities, food, and of course our luminaria ceremony.
This year’s event will run from 8:30-1:30, and will be a great day that teams and community members alike will want to take part in! Teams will continue to sign up and fundraise as normal, at www.relayforlife.org/cornell. The only major change will be that community members who are not traditional Relayers, will be able to sign up, for the 5K only, if they so choose, via www.main.acsevents.org/cornellcollegerelay5K.
