Start the New Year right with a 2-hour mini-retreat for self-renewal and tranquility. Be led through a compassion meditation and a gentle, slow-flow heart opening yoga sequence, coupled with breath work. Then rest in a reclined, guided yoga nidra meditation and the soothing sound of Himalayan singing bowls for deep relaxation, stress reduction, and healing peace. Bring a personal wellness or other New Year's resolution with you for optional use during yoga nidra to plant within the subconscious beneath mental habits which may be holding you back from actualizing personal goals. This free, personal wellness retreat is an institutionally supported offering. Staff, know you are encouraged to participate.
