Breath and energy focused yoga for deep relaxation and ease. All skill levels welcome. Use Cornell ID to grab a mat, bolster, & blanket from the Roe Howard Fitness Room before arrival. Led by certified instructors. Open to students, faculty, and staff. ~Sponsored by the Offices of Health, Counseling, and Spiritual Life.
