There are more than 150 children and adults in the Mount Vernon and Cedar Rapids area who may not receive a gift over the holidays. This season, you can make a difference in someone’s life by adopting an Angel. There will be two trees, one on the OC and the other in Gary’s, where you can pick up an Angel. When you are done shopping for your gift, bring the present to the tree by Thursday, Nov. 29.
