Breath and energy focused yoga for deep relaxation and ease. Himalayan Singing Bowl sound therapy often provided. All skill levels welcome. Use Cornell ID to grab a mat, bolster, & blanket from the Roe Howard Fitness Room before arrival. Led by certified instructors. Open to students, faculty, and staff. ~Sponsored by the Offices of Health, Counseling, and Spiritual Life.

Take a break from studying and join us for the next late night breakfast at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 18, in the Hilltop Cafe (please line up at the west entrance). Current students are invited to enjoy some fun conversations and a variety of breakfast favorites served by members of the Cornell faculty and staff.
