Breath and energy focused yoga for deep relaxation at 3:20 p.m. in Shaw. Class typically enfolds vibrational sound healing through Himalayan singing bowls to enhance your relaxation experience. All skill levels welcome (You’ll need your Cornell ID to grab a mat and blanket from the Fitness Room). Led by certified instructors and open to students, faculty, and staff ~Sponsored by the Offices of Health, Counseling, and Spiritual Life.

The Civic Engagement Office will be coordinating transportation to the Cedar Rapids JFON Clinic, leaving Cornell around 5 p.m. and returning around 8:30 p.m. Iowa Justice For Our Neighbors (JFON) is a nonprofit organization welcoming low-income immigrants of all faiths into churches and communities by providing free, high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy. Contact if you need transportation or have any questions and want to create tangible change in our community.
