Block Break self-care with simple energy, breath, and love centered practices based on ancient Chinese Mind-Body wellness, Reiki, Tibetan vibrational sound healing, and modern wisdom. Increase and balance energy flow in the body and support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Includes techniques and inter-spiritual wisdom used by reiki masters & other energy medicine practitioners for care of self & others. Led by certified reiki master teacher and Spring Forest Qigong practice group leader (Chaplain CQE).

National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) is November, but the Block 3 class starts before then! Join us in Thayer or Lindquist to help meet that word count! Meet us on Fridays in the Van Etten-Lacey House for Freewrite Fridays that go longer and have cinnamon rolls for additional motivation. Anyone participating in NaNoWriMo is encouraged and welcome to attend!
