|11:00 am-12:30 pm||IES Abroad Information Table Thomas Commons|
Stop by the Thomas Commons to speak with Susan Hansen, representative from IES Study Abroad, to discuss your off-campus studies options. IES Abroad educates students to become global leaders through premier study abroad and internship programs, which offer students worldwide experiential learning opportunities that meet the highest standards of academic quality. Students can take courses at IES Centers abroad, a local partner university, or possibly both. At IES Centers, staff hand pick the best faculty to teach courses specifically to IES Abroad students through a local context. Course options at prestigious local universities enhance not just what students learn, but how they learn it, and provide students with new perspectives as they join local and international students alike. Direct Enrollment programs provide students with the opportunity to take all of their courses at a partner university. More information can be found at iesabroad.org.

Applying to professional and graduate programs is an involved process where any overlooked detail could mean being eliminated by an admissions committee. This workshop will review the application process for professional school (such as medical school, PT school, dentistry school, etc.), and will inform you how to prepare for the Health Professions Committee (HPC). This workshop must be attended in order to utilize the HPC! This session and the one Dec. 6 at 11:30 a.m. are identical.
