A learning, support, & practice group for helping you be happier & more compassionately skillful with stress & other difficulties amid everyday life. Singing bowl sound/vibration healing also enfolded. Fridays (except Block Breaks) from 11:15-noon in Allee Chapel. Free and open to students, faculty, staff, and the greater Mt. Vernon community. ~Sponsored and led by Chaplain (certified instructor)

Drop by the Van Etten-Lacey House (408 3rd St SW) on Friday afternoons (Weeks 1-3, 3-6 p.m.) to write alongside others in a cozy, inspiring setting. Enjoy coffee, tea, and cinnamon rolls as you write from one of the provided prompts or work independently. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome. Dylan Slattery, Motivational Speaker, Transformation Coach, Podcast Host of Stage Four 2 On Stage, and two-time cancer survivor, has been invited to Cornell to give a campus-wide presentation on mental toughness March 29th between 1-4 pm. This invitation was extended as part of Cornell’s mental health and well-being initiative. Allowing students to hear Dylan’s story of faith, willpower, and resilience in the face of his challenges with depression, physical illness, and tragedy may inspire students, to realize their inner potential, and enhance their personal health, mental well-being, and success!
