|11:15 am-11:55 am||Meditation, Mindfulness, & Mind-Body-Spirit Allee Chapel|
Opens with breath and energy centered embodied practices (i.e. tai-chi or qigong) followed by guided and silent seated meditation. Enfolds insights from integrative health care and spiritual wisdom from age-old Buddhist, Christian contemplative, yoga, Vedanta, and other traditions. Typically ends with loving kindness meditation and/or Himalayan singing bowl sound healing. Led by certified teacher and chaplain. All welcome.

Did you know plants can help reduce stress? Students, come by our first Stress-Free Zone of the year where we will have supplies for you to pot your own plant, as well as tips and resources for reducing stress. Sponsored by the Counseling Center in conjunction with the Cornell Well-being Network.

Drop by the Van Etten-Lacey House (408 3rd St SW) on Friday afternoons (Weeks 1-3, 3-6 p.m.) to write alongside others in a cozy, inspiring setting. Enjoy coffee, tea, and cinnamon rolls as you write from one of the provided prompts or work independently. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome. Hip Hop Aerobic instructors will engage students in 30 mins of exercise on the OC to connect students to one another, demonstrate the concept of enhancing well-being through fitness, and to promote the Hip Hop Aerobics class.
