During this session for students, participants will: 1. Learn what is happening in the body when we feel anxious. 2. Learn and practice to calm the body and reduce anxiety symptoms. 3. Understand why we worry and struggle with uncertainty. 4. Leave with tips for feeling less consumed by anxious thoughts.
