The Health Promotions Office will host weekly Journaling Sessions, on Fridays from 6-6:15 p.m. through June 26. Journaling enhances mental wellbeing in so many ways. It helps manage anxiety, depression, and clears the mind so that we can better process our feelings and emotions. Our session will be short and simple, 10-15 minutes. You can either purchase a special journal or you can use your computer, iPad or whatever is convenient for you. We will dim the lights, play some soft music, grab an herbal tea or other beverage, and track our put our thoughts, feelings, and experiences, onto paper. Each week we will try out a different method of journaling and add that to our toolbox for our future journaling endeavors.
