Time Event Title
7:30 pmGuest Artist Recital: John Schultz, violin, and Julia Andrews West, piano Ringer Recital Studio
John Schultz, violin, and Julia Andrews West, piano, will perform works by Beethoven, Mozart, Bolcom, and Handel. Admission is free and open to the public and freewill donations will be used to purchase life-saving AED's (Automated External Defibrillator) which are critical devices for saving a life during many heart attacks. The Mount Vernon-Lisbon community is in need of more of these devices in critical locations and you can literally play a part in saving a life by participating in this event. We anticipate matching the funds raised with a Rotary grant to increase the impact of your gift. Further, you may support this excellent cause at any time with a donation through our secure One Mission fundraising site which you may visit at the Mission MVL Rotary webpate at https://onemission.fund/support/mvl-rotary/?shopfor=35776. On this site you can make a direct monetary donation or shop knowing that 40% of everything you buy goes directly back to the organization you are supporting. ALL donations will go to this project. Previous concert series raised over $2,100 for CPR training manikins for the Mount Vernon, Lisbon, and Cornell communities. When combined with matching grants, the concerts paid for all eight manikins and their upkeep.
