Breath and energy focused yoga for deep relaxation at 3:20 p.m. in Shaw. Class typically enfolds vibrational sound healing through Himalayan singing bowls to enhance your relaxation experience. All skill levels welcome (You’ll need your Cornell ID to grab a mat and blanket from the Fitness Room).
