Join us for this learning and practice group on Fridays at 11:15 - noon in Allee Chapel (except during breaks). Sessions enfold seated and movement-based meditation from diverse Eastern and Western approaches. Includes contemplative wisdom for everyday life. Come for increased calm, compassion, resiliency, stress reduction, and ability to be more skillful with difficult emotions. Led by certified instructor (CQE). Students, faculty, staff, and townspeople welcome.
