Opens with breath and energy centered embodied practices (i.e. tai-chi or qigong) followed by guided and silent seated meditation. Enfolds insights from integrative health care and spiritual wisdom from age-old Buddhist, Christian contemplative, yoga, Vedanta, and other traditions. Typically ends with loving kindness meditation and/or Himalayan singing bowl sound healing. Led by certified teacher and chaplain. All welcome.
