SOOTHING Sound Healing w/ RESTORATIVE Yoga Nidra ("YOGIC SLEEP") (link)

Begin with calming poses and breath work, then drift off into "yogic sleep" (yoga nidra) while soaking in healing energy, vibrations & sacred sounds of massive Himalyan singing bowls. Bring your pillow or use a jacket. Arrive early to grab a blanket, bolster, & mat from the fitness room. Open to all students, faculty, & staff. ~Led by certified instructor/chaplain in collaboration with Health, Counseling, & Cornell's Well-Being Network.
