This year’s Homecoming exhibition is an Alumni Invitational exploring possibilities within the theme of self-portraiture and encouraging visual metaphor, diverse interpretations, and inventive ways of seeing and addressing identity through visual means. The work ranges from exacting rendering, to the self as object, abstraction or non-objective, archetypal or otherwise conceptualized. All media included.

Join current Young Trustees to learn what it means to serve as a Young Trustee as a new alum of Cornell College. You will learn the requirements of the role, expectations, benefits, and how to apply. Join the Berry Career Institute staff and other students to develop your networking skills in preparation for the alumni/student networking event to be held as part of Homecoming 2019. Students will learn best practices and common mistakes to avoid in an interactive, non-threatening setting. This event is required if you're planning to participate in the Cornell Connections event during Homecoming, which is a great environment for networking beginners to practice.

~ Enjoy the work of Cornell student creative writers and editors, watch letterpress demos on the iron Washington Press, and peruse archival materials, book art, and letterpress work. ~ We're also happy to present two pop-up literary performances — one by students who interned at the Chautauqua Writers’ Center this summer, and another by alumni.
